Online storage allows the computer to use all of the hard disk space as RAM storage (random input). The computer uses virtual internal memory, which expands the normal RAM installed in the computer. If you reduce the size of this paging file, the Office program may not start correctly or may not start at all. This problem may occur even if the computer has a large amount of RAM.
