FIX: An Error Occurred While Activating The Blackberry Enterprise.

    When you try to activate your BlackBerry Ten smartphone, you may receive the following messages:

  • Please confirm your username and password and try again

    • Make sure the user ID is entered correctly.
    • Make sure you entered the activation password correctly.

    Unable to install the phone server. Please check your connection or web server address

    • Make sure the identifierThe username has been entered correctly.
    • Make sure the server host for registration / (server SRP ID) is correct.
    • Make sure the activation password has been set before recording and can be started; it may not have expired yet. The administrator can do this in the BlackBerry Administration Service on the User Management page in the Activation Details section.
    • Make sure your BlackBerry 10 phone PIN on the setup page is configured correctly for BB10 and ACTIVE services.

    Failed to register WIFI via company channel

    • Incorrect registration because you are connected to the correct company WLAN profile.
      Please reconnect to Perfect Personal WLAN and search by profile.

    Failed to register through corporate VPN

    • Unable to register because you are only connected to one VPN company profile.
      Disconnect all corporate VPNs and try again.

    No, done (confirming UI issue combined with fix)

    • Reset device settings to removeEnsure that all products and services are up and running.

    Failed to establish a good connection

    • Make sure all of its services are still running on the BlackBerry Device Server.

    No licenses

    • Contact your administrator and make sure licenses are available before activation.

    • The BlackBerry Device Service has increased the number of products it allows. Please add additional licensing items to continue working in a positive way.

    The limit on the number of contacts with the device has been reached

    • Contact your administrator and even change our rules or remove the model or other devices currently associated with your account.

    • The BlackBerry device service has exceeded the number of available devices.

    When you activate your BlackBerry 10 smartphone, you may receive the following voicemail messages:

    • Make sure the user ID is entered correctly.
    • make sure the activation password is correct.
    • Make sure the user ID is entered correctly.
    • Make sure the registration host relative to (Server SRP ID) is entered correctly.
    • Make sure the activation password is set and registration is incomplete. The administrator can check this in the BlackBerry Administration Service on the Manageuser experience “of the site in the” Activation details “section.
    • Make sure the PIN that links to your BlackBerry 10 smartphone on the provisioning page is correctly configured for BB10 and ACTIVE. Error
    • Registering because you are connected to a corporate WiFi profile.
      Please connect to your home Wi-Fi network and try again.
    • Registration canceled because you are connected to all Enterprise VPN profiles.
      Disable all Enterprise VPN profiles and try again.
    • Reset the seeding size on the device so that all services start frequently.
    • Make sure the Blackberry device server and all its services are running in all cases. Contact

    • Contact your administrator and make sure the permissions are available before activation.

    • The BlackBerry Device Service has exceeded the maximum number of devices allowed. Add various other licensed locations to continue.

    • Contact your administrator and change our policy, remove one or more devices assignedx of your account today.

    • The number of devices allowed for the BlackBerry Cell Phones service has been exceeded.
